Shooting Off North Davis Road in Salinas
Salinas, Calif.- Salinas police and Monterey County Sheriff Deputies reopened part of Davis Road at West Rossi Street after a shooting.
It happened shortly before noon.
The victim was driving a Maroon Mitsubishi when they were shot.
A Cal Star helicopter landed on West Market Street and transported the victim to a bay area trauma center.
The shooter is still on the loose.
